Jenny Young, RYT 200
Jenny began practicing yoga about 6 years ago and completed her 200 hour teacher training at Peace Yoga in 2016. The training improved her practice and deepened her love for yoga.
Practicing yoga gives Jenny a peaceful sense of wellbeing. Her practice and teaching focus primarily on the breath, alignment, and modifications, as she helps guide her students through the asanas. Jenny feels that the experiences and benefits of yoga are unique to each person, and is grateful that she can now share her love of yoga with others on and off the mat. Her desire is to have students leave the mat feeling balanced and relaxed.
During her free time, Jenny likes to read, cook, walk, and study aromatherapy.
